This journey walks through a pre-hospital ambulance run in Veona, one task at a time, in plain language. EMS (Emergency Medical Services) is the work that happens before the patient reaches the hospital door: a vehicle and crew are kept ready, an emergency call comes in, an ambulance is dispatched, a paramedic treats the patient on the way in and records it, and the patient is handed over to the receiving Emergency Department — and along the way the work bills itself, draws stock, and feeds the analytics.
