Immunizations
The Immunizations screen keeps your vaccination history in one place, shows any doses still due, and lets you download a certificate for travel, school or work.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”- Due and overdue — any vaccines you still need, clearly marked so you know what’s coming up or already past due.
- Immunisation history — the doses you’ve already had, each showing the vaccine, the date it was given, and its batch number.
Download a vaccination certificate
Section titled “Download a vaccination certificate”Once at least one dose is on record, select Download Certificate to get a clean, branded document listing your vaccinations — handy for travel, school or work. If no doses have been recorded yet, the certificate simply isn’t available until one is.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Immunizations from your portal home.
- Review what’s due, check your history, and download your certificate if you need it.
If nothing is outstanding, you’ll see a reassuring note that you have no immunisations due. This screen is for viewing and downloading — your records themselves are kept up to date by your clinic.
