Waitlist
If the clinic you want is fully booked, you can join its waitlist. The moment an earlier slot opens up, we offer it to you here — accept, and it’s booked in a tap.
Joining a waitlist
Section titled “Joining a waitlist”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Waitlist from your portal home.
- Choose the clinic you’d like to wait for and how soon you need to be seen.
- Add a preferred window if you have one (for example, “weekday mornings”), then select Join Waitlist.
You’ll see a note confirming you’re on the list, and we’ll let you know as soon as an earlier slot opens.
When a slot is offered
Section titled “When a slot is offered”Your waitlist entries appear below with their status — waiting, offered, booked. When an earlier slot is offered, you’ll see the time and a deadline to accept. Select Accept Earlier Slot and it’s booked; your clinic then confirms the details.
You can leave a waitlist any time, and once you’re booked you can open the booking to manage it.
