Personalize Your Dashboard Widgets

Who / when: any staff member, the first time your home dashboard feels too busy or out of order — and any time after. Your dashboard is built from widgets: small cards that surface your live work and today’s numbers. You can choose which ones you see and the order they appear in. What you set is yours alone — it persists for your account across sign-ins and devices, and it changes nothing for any colleague. Veona only ever offers you widgets you are actually entitled to act on, so a personalized board stays relevant to your role.

  1. Staff — open your home Dashboard (the screen you land on after signing in). Your widgets are already there: work-queue cards with your top rows and a “view all” link, and insight cards showing today’s count with a small change chip, scoped to you.
  2. Staff — press “Customize Dashboard” at the top of the board. A panel opens titled “Customize Dashboard”, with a line telling you how many widgets are currently shown — for example “6 of 9 widgets shown · pick what you see and the order”.
  3. Staff — to hide or show a widget, flip its toggle switch on its row (on = shown, off = hidden). To reorder, use the up (↑) and down (↓) arrows on a widget’s row to move it earlier or later. Got a long list? Type in “Search Widgets…” to find one fast.
  4. Staff — when the board looks the way you want, press “Save”. Your layout is stored against your account. Press “Cancel” to back out with no change. Changed your mind entirely? “Reset To Default” puts the board back to the standard layout for your role.

What happens next: your saved layout follows you — sign out and back in, or move to another machine, and the board comes up exactly as you arranged it. The widgets themselves keep refreshing with live data, so a tidy, personalized dashboard stays current on its own.
