Switching facilities

If you work at more than one facility, your Veona account holds a membership at each one. You work in one facility at a time — the active facility — and you can switch between them without signing out.

Switching the active facility

1. Open the Facility Switcher from the top bar. It shows the facility you are currently in.

2. Choose another facility from the list of your memberships.

3. A new session is created for that facility, and the app reloads into it.

What changes when you switch

Your role, permissions, and the modules you can see are resolved per facility. You might be a clinician at one facility and a lab admin at another, so what you can do — and which screens you can reach — can differ after you switch.

Caution

Switching facilities clears the app’s local offline cache. This is deliberate: it ensures no patient data from the previous facility lingers on the device once you have moved to the next one. If you had unsynced offline work, sync before you switch.

If you only belong to one facility, you will not see a switcher — there is nothing to switch between.
