Health Education
Health Education is a small library of trusted health information from your care team — including articles chosen to match your own health record.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”- For you — a short list of articles recommended based on your active health conditions, so the guidance is relevant to you.
- All articles — the full library. A New badge marks articles you haven’t opened yet, and a Saved badge shows the ones you’ve bookmarked.
Reading an article
Section titled “Reading an article”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Health Education from your portal home.
- Select an article to open the full reader, with the article text, its topic tags, and the date it was published.
Opening an article marks it as read. To keep one handy, select Save For Later — you can remove the bookmark any time.
Getting alerts for new articles
Section titled “Getting alerts for new articles”New-article alerts are off by default. If you’d like to be told when a new article that matches your care is published, select Notification Settings to turn them on.
If there’s nothing to show yet, you’ll see a note that articles will appear here as your care team adds them.
