Check In
When you arrive for an appointment, Check In lets you announce you’re there and then follow your place in the queue as it moves — right from your phone.
Checking in
Section titled “Checking in”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Check In from your portal home.
- Find today’s appointment and select Check In.
Check-in opens a little before your appointment time, so if the button isn’t ready yet, the screen shows when it will open.
Watching the queue
Section titled “Watching the queue”Once you’re checked in, select View Queue to see your place in line. It updates on its own while you wait, so you can relax nearby. You’ll see:
- Your position in line and how many people are ahead of you.
- An estimated wait, and how long you’ve been waiting.
- Who’s being seen now.
When it’s your turn, a clear message tells you where to go.
If you have no appointments today, the screen will let you know and point you to your bookings.
