PRM Manager
You grow the business. PRM is Patient Relationship Management — Veona’s business-development workspace for corporate clients, referrers and partners: the accounts and contacts you sell to, the leads you chase, the opportunity pipeline you move them through, the tariff-priced quotations you send, and the activities and campaigns that keep relationships warm. This is non-clinical, non-patient work — there is no health data here.
Two roles share this area. A relationship officer (account manager) does the day-to-day selling; a PRM manager does all of that plus owns how the module is set up.
Relationship Officer — what you can do
Section titled “Relationship Officer — what you can do”As a relationship officer, you can:
- Manage accounts and contacts — the client master: corporate clients, referrers, partners and the people you deal with at each.
- Capture and convert leads — log a new lead and turn a qualified one into an account and an opportunity.
- Work the opportunity pipeline — create opportunities, move them stage by stage, and close them Won or Lost.
- Log activities — record calls, meetings, emails, notes and follow-up tasks against an account.
- Quote an account — draft and send a tariff-priced quotation, and mark it accepted or declined.
- Run campaigns — set up and run marketing and outreach campaigns.
PRM Manager — additional authority
Section titled “PRM Manager — additional authority”A PRM manager holds everything the relationship officer can do plus:
- Configure the module — the default currency and the pipeline stages the whole team works to.
What you cannot do
Section titled “What you cannot do”PRM is sales and relationships only. It does not give you any clinical access — no chart, no results, no patient health records. A quotation here is a sales document; it does not post to the books or raise a patient invoice. If a client converts into actual billed services, that crosses into billing and finance, held by other roles.
