Guides by Role
Veona shows every person only the screens and actions their role allows. Access is deny-by-default: you can do exactly what your role grants, and nothing more. If a screen or button is missing for you, your role does not hold that capability — that is by design, not a fault.
A core rule runs through the whole product: the person who orders care is not the person who fulfils it.
- Clinicians and nurses order tests, imaging and medication, and review the results.
- Lab scientists, radiologists and pharmacists fulfil those orders (enter and verify results, author reports, dispense) — they cannot place the order.
