Cost Estimates
Cost Estimates shows the estimated costs your clinic has prepared for you, so you can see the breakdown before any care goes ahead — and let them know if you’d like to proceed.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”- A list of estimates, each showing the estimated amount, the date it was prepared, and how long it’s valid.
- A status on each, and a clear marker when one is awaiting your response.
Reviewing an estimate
Section titled “Reviewing an estimate”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Estimates from your portal home.
- Select Open to see the full breakdown — each item, its cost, and anything your insurer would cover — down to your own estimated share.
Accepting or declining
Section titled “Accepting or declining”While an estimate is still open, you can add a note to the billing team and then select Accept Estimate or Decline. Accepting sends your acceptance to the billing team; declining records that no charge will be raised from it. You can also Download an estimate to keep a copy.
If you have no estimates, the screen will simply say so.
