Messages and Documents
The portal lets you exchange secure messages with your care team and share documents — all in one private place.
Secure messages
Section titled “Secure messages”Secure messaging is a private way to stay in touch with your clinic — safer than ordinary email because it stays inside the portal.
- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Messages from your portal home.
- Read replies from your care team, or start a new message.
- Type your message and send it. Your care team will reply in the same place.
Messages are for non-urgent questions. If you have an emergency, contact your clinic directly or your local emergency service.
Documents
Section titled “Documents”You can keep documents in the portal — both ones you upload and ones your clinic shares with you.
To download a document your clinic shared:
- Open Documents from your portal home.
- Select the document to download it.
To upload a document (for example, a referral letter or a photo of an old report):
- Open Documents.
- Select Upload.
- Choose the file from your device and confirm.
Your documents are stored securely and encrypted, and are only visible to you and your care team.
