Preventive Care
Preventive Care shows the checks, screenings and vaccinations that are recommended for you — worked out from your age, sex and care history — so nothing important slips by. You can book one in a tap or ask to be reminded later.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”- A list of recommended items, each showing what it is, when it was last done, and when it’s next due.
- A clear status on each, so you can tell what’s due, what’s overdue, and what’s simply on the horizon.
Booking a recommended check
Section titled “Booking a recommended check”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Preventive Care from your portal home.
- Find an item that’s due and select Book.
Your booking request is sent, and your clinic confirms a time — you’ll be taken to your booking to follow along. If you’d rather deal with it another time, select Remind Me Later and we’ll nudge you again.
Turning on reminders
Section titled “Turning on reminders”Preventive-care reminders are off by default. If you’d like a gentle nudge when something falls due, select Notification Settings to turn them on.
If nothing is due right now, you’ll see a reassuring note that you’re all caught up.
