Booking an Appointment
You can ask for an appointment right from the portal. You send a request, and your clinic confirms a time that works.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”When you book through the portal, you’re sending a request. Your clinic reviews it and confirms the appointment — so the time becomes final once they accept it.
Request an appointment
Section titled “Request an appointment”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Bookings from your portal home.
- Choose the type of visit (for example, a general consultation).
- Pick a preferred clinician and/or date if you have one.
- Select Request booking.
Your request is sent to the clinic. You’ll see it listed as requested while it’s waiting.
After you request
Section titled “After you request”- Your clinic reviews the request and confirms it. Once confirmed, it becomes a scheduled appointment.
- You can check the status any time on the Bookings screen.
- You may receive a reminder as your appointment approaches.
Need a video consultation instead?
Section titled “Need a video consultation instead?”If your visit is by video, your clinic books it as a telehealth appointment and you’ll receive an invite to join. See Joining a video consultation.
