Veona Maternity
import { Steps } from ‘@astrojs/starlight/components’;
What this is
Section titled “What this is”Veona Maternity covers the maternal and newborn journey: antenatal visits with risk stratification, the partograph (the labour chart that plots cervical dilatation and progress against time), the delivery record, newborn registration — which mints a new patient UHID (Unique Health ID, formatted VNA-…) for the baby — the birth certificate signed under an eSign PIN (a 6-digit signing re-authentication, separate from the login password), and the birth-dose immunisation schedule.
Who uses it: midwife records antenatal visits, manages labour, records delivery, registers the newborn, and records immunisation. obstetrician does all of the above plus certifies births and issues the birth certificate (maternity.birth.certify, vital.certificate.issue); the vital_registrar can also issue it.
