Care Instructions
The Care screen gathers the instructions and guidance your care team has sent you into one tidy list, so you can read them whenever you need to.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”- A list of every instruction your care team has sent, each showing its type, title, date, and the clinic it came from.
- A New badge on any instruction you haven’t opened yet, and an Updated note if one was later changed.
Reading an instruction
Section titled “Reading an instruction”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Care from your portal home.
- Select an instruction to read it in full.
Opening an instruction marks it as read, so the New badge clears. If you follow a link from an instruction email, the right one opens for you automatically.
If your care team hasn’t sent anything yet, you’ll see a note that instructions will appear here when they do.
