Signing in

This page covers signing in to the staff app at hms.veonahealth.com (also reachable at emr.veonahealth.com and ehr.veonahealth.com — the same app).

  1. Go to hms.veonahealth.com and open the sign-in screen.

  2. Enter your email and password, then continue.

    Your password must be between 12 and 128 characters and contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit.

  3. If you have two-factor authentication enrolled, you are asked for a 6-digit code — from your authenticator app, or a code sent to you. Enter it to finish signing in. See Multi-factor authentication.

  4. The first time you sign in, you complete a short, required onboarding before you can use the rest of the app: set your password (if not already set), set up two-factor, and create your eSign PIN. See Your eSign PIN.

  5. You land on your home screen, which is tailored to your role.

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose Reset your password.

  2. Enter your account email and submit. For your security, the response is the same whether or not an account exists for that email.

  3. If an account exists, you receive an email with a secure reset link. Open it, choose a new password that meets the policy above, and sign in again.

After you sign in, your session is held in a secure, browser-only cookie. Sign out from your account menu when you are finished, especially on a shared computer. If you belong to more than one facility, you can change the active facility without signing out again — see Switching facilities.
