View My Timesheets And Clock State

Veona keeps your attendance for you. This screen is your own private window onto it: whether you are clocked in right now, how many minutes you have worked today, the recent clock events behind that, and the reconciled timesheet for each period. It is a read-only view — somewhere to confirm your hours, not to edit them — and it shows only your record, never anyone else’s.

Two quick definitions. Your clock state is simply the live picture of your last clock event — were you last clocking in or out, and when. And a reconciled timesheet is the tidied-up total Veona produces for a pay period by pairing your clock-ins with your clock-outs into worked hours, ready for payroll to use.

Who / when: Any Staff who clocks in and out, whenever you want to confirm your current state or review your hours for a period — before payday, after a long shift, or just to check you remembered to clock out.

We will follow Amaka, a pharmacy technician checking her hours at the end of the week.

  1. Any Staff — open Human Resources → My HR → My Timesheets. Across the top, three readouts give you the live picture at a glance: “Status” (for example Clocked In, Clocked Out, or Not Clocked In), “Today Worked” (how long you have worked today, shown as hours and minutes), and “Last Event” (the date and time of your most recent clock action).
  2. Any Staff — read the “Recent Clock Events” panel underneath. Each row shows the “Direction” (In or Out), the time it happened, the “Source” it came from (for example a kiosk or a device), and any “Note”. Amaka confirms her last event was a clock-out at the right time, so she knows the day is closed off cleanly.
  3. Any Staff — scroll to the “Timesheets” panel. Each row is one pay period, showing the “Period Start” and “Period End”, the “Total” hours, how many “Events” went into it, and a “Status” pill telling you where that period stands (for example open, approved or paid).
  1. Any Staff — if no pay period has been reconciled for you yet — you are newly started, or the first period is still in progress — the “Timesheets” panel reads “No timesheets yet.” and the “Recent Clock Events” panel reads “No clock events recorded yet.”
  2. Any Staff — that is not an error; it simply means there is nothing to show until you have clocked some events and a period has been reconciled. Your readouts will still show your current state, and rows will appear here as soon as there is attendance to summarise.

You cannot read anyone else’s timesheets

Section titled “You cannot read anyone else’s timesheets”
  1. Any Staff — this surface is scoped entirely to you. Everything on it — your clock state, your events, your timesheets — is resolved from your own signed-in identity, so there is no way to view a colleague’s attendance from here.
  2. Any Staff — reviewing and approving other people’s timesheets is a manager and HR task on the team-facing time screen, not something the My HR self-service floor exposes. (See the HR-side guide for how supervisors reconcile and approve hours.)

The hours you see reconciled here are the same hours payroll uses to build your pay — so a clean, complete timesheet is what turns into an accurate payslip. When a period is reconciled and approved, it feeds the pay run, and you will see the resulting payslip on Human Resources → My HR → My Payslips. Keeping half an eye on your clock state here is the simplest way to make sure nothing is missing before payday.
