Referrals
When your care team refers you to another service or specialist, that referral shows up here. Open one to see the details and book the referred appointment in a tap.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”- A list of your referrals, each showing where you’re being referred, the specialty, and the date it was raised.
- A status on each — pending, accepted, scheduled, completed — and a Ready To Book marker when you can book it.
Booking a referral
Section titled “Booking a referral”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Referrals from your portal home.
- Select a referral to open it. You’ll see the reason your clinician gave and where it’s headed.
- Select Book This Referral.
Your request is sent, and your clinic confirms a time. If you’ve already booked a referral, you can open that booking to confirm, reschedule or cancel.
If you have no referrals right now, the screen will simply say so.
