View And Download My Payslips
After a pay run is posted, your payslip for that period appears under My Payslips. This is your own read-only record of every payslip across every pay run, with a one-click download of the branded PDF. It is scoped to you on the server: you see and download only your own payslips, never a colleague’s.
Who / when: any staff member, whenever they want to check or keep a copy of a payslip. We’ll follow Daniel, a lab scientist, saving his payslip after payday.
The main path
Section titled “The main path”- Staff member — open Human Resources → My HR → My Payslips. The “Payslips” table lists each one with its “Period”, “Pay Run” reference, “Status”, “Gross”, “Net” and the date it was “Issued”. A count shows how many documents are on file.
- Staff member — find the period you want. Recent payslips sit at the top; older ones page below.
- Staff member — select “Open PDF” on that row. Your branded payslip opens. The button briefly shows “Opening…” while it prepares.
- Staff member — save or print the PDF from your browser as usual. You can come back and reopen any past payslip the same way, at any time.
Other ways this goes
Section titled “Other ways this goes”When there are no payslips yet
Section titled “When there are no payslips yet”If no pay run has been posted that includes you, the table simply says no payslips are on file yet. This is the true state, not an error — a payslip appears here only once a pay run covering you has been posted. Check back after the next run.
Trying to open someone else’s payslip
Section titled “Trying to open someone else’s payslip”You cannot. Every payslip route is tied to your own employee record, and the PDF download additionally refuses anyone who is not the owner with a “you may only download your own payslip” message. Payslips are private; self-service keeps them that way.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Your payslip stays available indefinitely — open it whenever you need a copy for a landlord, a loan, or your own records. Each new pay run that includes you adds the next payslip to the top of the list automatically, so this screen is always your complete, up-to-date salary history.
