Signing In
Signing in to patients.veonahealth.com is quick and doesn’t require you to remember a password.
The usual way: a secure link by email
Section titled “The usual way: a secure link by email”- Go to patients.veonahealth.com.
- Enter your patient ID (the unique number your clinic gave you) and the email address your clinic has on file for you.
- Select Send sign-in link.
- We’ll send a secure link to your email. For your safety, the screen won’t reveal whether the details matched — just check your inbox.
- Open the email and click the link. It signs you straight in and takes you to your portal home.
That’s it. The link works once and only for a short time, so use it soon after you receive it. If it expires, just request a new one.
Tip: If the email isn’t in your inbox after a minute or two, check your spam or junk folder.
If you’d rather use a password
Section titled “If you’d rather use a password”If your clinic has set you up with a password, you can sign in that way instead:
- Enter your email and password.
- We’ll send you a one-time code by email or text.
- Enter the code to finish signing in.
This second step (the one-time code) is an extra layer of protection for your account.
A one-time code (sometimes called an OTP) is a short number that works only once.
Trouble signing in?
Section titled “Trouble signing in?”- Make sure you’re using the same email your clinic has on file. If you’ve changed your email, ask the front desk to update it.
- If you don’t know your patient ID, your clinic can look it up for you.
- Links and codes expire for your safety — if one stops working, simply request a new one.
