Getting Started
The Veona patient portal is your own private window into your care. From any phone, tablet or computer, you can sign in securely to:
- see your test and scan results once your clinic has released them, and download them as a PDF,
- request an appointment,
- join a video consultation with your clinician,
- send and receive secure messages with your care team,
- upload and download documents,
- and view your bills.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Go to patients.veonahealth.com in your web browser.
There is nothing to install. The portal works in any modern browser on your phone or computer.
You don’t need a password to start
Section titled “You don’t need a password to start”The portal is designed to be simple and safe. The usual way to sign in is passwordless — you enter a couple of details we already have on file, and we email you a secure link to click. No password to remember.
If you prefer using a password, that option is available too.

What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”- Your patient ID — this is the unique number your clinic gave you (it usually starts with letters and numbers). It identifies you in the system.
- The email address your clinic has on file for you.
If you don’t have your patient ID, ask your clinic’s front desk — they can look it up for you.
Is it secure?
Section titled “Is it secure?”Yes. The portal only ever shows you your own information, the connection is encrypted, and your results are only visible to you after a clinician has reviewed and released them. You can sign out at any time.
