Review Your Own Access Log

Who / when: you, the patient, whenever you want reassurance about who has been into your portal. Veona keeps a plain record of your own sign-ins and access activity, and shows it to you — so the trust runs both ways: the clinic keeps a careful audit of every action on your record, and you can see your own access history any time.

Nothing technical to learn here. Your access log is simply a list of recent events on your portal account — chiefly when you signed in, and whether each attempt succeeded. It is your activity, shown to you, for transparency.

1. Patient — sign in to your portal (see Sign In Passwordless With a Magic Link) and open Settings from the menu.
2. Patient — scroll to the “Recent activity” panel at the bottom of the page. It lists your latest events, newest first — for example a Sign in with a result of Succeeded, each stamped with the date and time in your clinic’s local timezone.
3. Patient — read down the list to confirm the activity is all yours. Because your portal is passwordless and each sign-in uses a fresh single-use link to your own email, an entry you don’t recognise would be a sign to act.

Note

Every sign-in writes an entry, so the log is never empty once you’ve used your portal — opening it via a magic link records the event right there. The list shows your most recent activity at a glance.

Tip

See activity you don’t recognise? Because each sign-in needs a single-use link sent to the email on file, the first step is to make sure that inbox is secure. If anything looks wrong, contact your care facility — for your privacy they handle changes to your contact details rather than the portal doing it online.

Caution

This log shows your own access for transparency. It sits alongside — but is separate from — the clinic’s deeper, tamper-evident audit trail that records every staff action on your clinical record. What happens next: there’s nothing to set up and nothing to maintain — the log simply grows as you use your portal, giving you an honest, up-to-date view of your own sign-in history. Check it whenever you’d like the reassurance.
