Viewing Your Results

When your clinic has reviewed and released your test or scan results, you’ll be able to see them in the portal and download a clean copy to keep or share.

A result appears for you only after a clinician has reviewed and released it. This is to make sure someone qualified has checked it first. If a recent test isn’t showing yet, it may still be with your care team — please give it a little time, or ask your clinic.

  1. Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
  2. Open Results from your portal home.
  3. You’ll see a list of your released lab tests and scans. Select one to open it.
  4. The result opens with its details laid out clearly.

Each released result can be downloaded as a PDF — a tidy, branded document carrying your clinic’s name.

  1. Open the result.
  2. Select Download.
  3. Save or print the PDF, or share it with another doctor if you wish.

A PDF is a document file that looks the same on any device and is easy to print or email.

The portal shows you what your clinic released, but it can’t interpret it for you. If you have questions about what a result means, contact your care team — you can use secure messages or book a follow-up.
