Read the Consolidated Network Report

Running a network means asking questions across all of it at once: how many patients, how much activity, how each facility compares. Veona answers them in one consolidated report that rolls up every facility — and it does so PHI-free: the report carries counts and totals only, never a patient’s name or identifier. The network gets its overview without any site’s protected health information crossing a boundary.

Who / when: the Group Administrator, whenever they need the network-wide picture. PHI = Protected Health Information (anything that identifies a patient); a consolidated report aggregates figures across facilities.

We will follow Folake, the group administrator.

1. Group Administrator — open Group → Consolidated Report. Veona aggregates the figures from every facility in the network into one view.
2. Group Administrator — read the roll-up: per-facility and network-wide counts and totals. Every number is an aggregate — there are no patient identifiers anywhere in the report, by design.

Note

The report is deliberately PHI-free. To look into an individual patient’s record at another site you do not use this report — you use the audited, consented cross-facility read from that patient’s chart. The two are kept separate on purpose: the network sees totals, never identities.

What happens next
