- Blood pressure
- Blood glucose
- Weight
- Temperature
- Oxygen saturation
- Pulse
How to log a reading
Section titled “How to log a reading”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Home Readings from your portal home.
- Pick the type of reading you’re recording.
- Enter your numbers (for blood pressure, you’ll enter both the top and bottom figures).
- Select Save Reading.
You’ll see a confirmation once it’s saved. If a reading falls outside the expected range, the portal gently flags it and offers a little guidance — but it’s always best to speak with your care team about anything that concerns you.
Track your trend
Section titled “Track your trend”For each type of reading, the screen shows a simple trend line along with your lowest, latest and highest values, and a dated list of everything you’ve logged. It’s an easy way to see how things are changing over time.
