Health Summary
Your Health Summary is a calm, at-a-glance view of the key facts your care team keeps about you. It’s read-only — a snapshot you can check any time, kept up to date by your clinic.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”- Latest vitals — your most recent readings (such as blood pressure or temperature), each with a small trend line so you can see how things are moving.
- Active problems — the conditions your care team is currently tracking, with the date each was recorded.
- Allergies — anything you’re allergic to, with how serious each one is.
- Current medications — the medicines you’re on and how to take them.
- Recent results — a quick count of released results, which you can tap to open in full.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Health Summary from your portal home.
- Scroll through each section. If a section is empty, you’ll see a friendly note explaining that nothing has been recorded there yet.
A note on privacy
Section titled “A note on privacy”Some sensitive entries may be hidden from this view. If that’s the case, you’ll see a short note letting you know you can choose to make them visible from your privacy settings.
