Viewing Your Bills
You can view your bills in the portal so you always know what you owe and what has been paid.
See your invoices
Section titled “See your invoices”- Sign in at patients.veonahealth.com.
- Open Bills from your portal home.
- You’ll see your invoices listed. Select one to see its details — the items you’re being charged for and the amount.
Understanding your bill
Section titled “Understanding your bill”- Each invoice lists the care it covers.
- If you have insurance, part of the bill may be covered by your insurer, and any remaining amount is shown as yours to pay.
- Your balance updates as payments are recorded.
Paying
Section titled “Paying”Payment is usually taken at your clinic — for example, at the front desk or cashier window. If you have a question about an amount, or want to arrange a payment plan, contact your clinic’s billing team. You can also reach them through secure messages.
